Important Delivery Information: Online Orders are shipped by third-party retailers based on applicable laws, which include requiring someone 21 or older with a valid government ID to sign this order. So, for smooth service, consider shipping to a business address or your local UPS store. If no one is available to sign, UPS will return the package to the sender. A second shipment can be arranged for an additional charge. The retailer will deduct fees by assessed by UPS to return the package plus a fee of $25 to cover the retailers costs from any refund request due to a missed delivery.
